Due to the nature of cosmetic products, no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced.
Hygiene & Safety
For health and safety reasons, once a cosmetic product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it cannot be resold. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details (items, shades, quantities, and shipping address) before completing checkout. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the original packaging
• Your order number
Failure to contact us within this timeframe will result in no resolution.
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement only, no refunds.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Glossy Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Ingredients are listed to the best of our ability. Glossy Collection is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Perform a patch test before full use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent claims will result in:
• Immediate order cancellation
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Evidence submitted to your financial institution
